training: day forty-three
it has been pouring out (suprise, suprise), so i switched my bike and run workout. tomorrow, i'll go run on the treadmill at the gym. boo. the more i ride the bike, the more i find things that need to be adjusted--the seat, the handlebars, the angle of the clipless pedals, etc. at least i am discovering this now, rather than in the middle of a race.
