training: day forty-eight
20 minute run early in the morning. no problems, except that later in the day, i kept forgetting that i had done the workout and kept thinking i still had a workout due.
my body is toning up and while i look better in my clothes, being nekkid still needs some improvement. One area in particular is the back of my thighs, which have some serious firmness issues. Despite that, i am pretty happy with how i look. you know, ihave not owned a bikini since i was 10. i bought one today! it looks good except for the legs. =)
