i hate hill work. it makes me feel sick to my stomach when i am done. the hill drill is supposed to make you stronger. that which does not kill me only makes me barf. i ended up laying in the foyer for five minutes when i got done with the drill. i am so grateful it's only 30 minutes.

i have begun planning our hawaii trip in earnest. actually, the trip isn't in earnest, it's in july but i am dedicating a lot of time to figuring out schedules and activities and triathlon logistics. trying to wrap my head around flying my bike to hawaii is killing me. i wonder if i can rent a bike? hmmmm...
